I came across a blog that had some cool shots of Paris. It made me go back to my Photos and play around a bit. One I really liked was one she had of the Eiffel Tower. It’s such a well known landmark that it doesn’t need to be in focus to know what it is. The fact that it’s not the focus and the ground is, gives a little more interest. Here are the three I liked best.
South Carolina. It has Myrtle Beach. It’s fine if you like the beach, and sand and tacky gift shops. But I’m not a fan. But SC does have Charleston. Of which I am a fan. A lot of these photos are from Brookgreen gardens. But also a lot of Charleston itself. We wandered the hot, but empty back streets. Slipping from one shadow to the next and snapping away at the houses. It reminds me a lot of Europe. It’s a long way to go, but certainly worth it. Maybe not in July again though. Day 4 – Ireland, at least Connemara is rugged, wild and quite stunning.
Day 3 – This hotel was amazing! In the middle of nowhere. Right next to a lake.
